This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices available to you.
Bible for Men is provided by Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler, operating as Horus Studios ("Horus," "we," "us," or "our"). Horus is the controller of personal information processed through Bible for Men, except where another company acts as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.

Bible for Men does not require an account. The information we process is limited to the following.

Everything else you create — your daily streak, plan progress, Forty track entries and pattern, Rule of Life, bookmarks, highlights, and notes on any verse — is stored only in the app's local database on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not receive it, host it, or have any way to see it. It is deleted when you delete the app. If you use the Share button, only the content shown on the share sheet at that moment leaves the app, and only to the destination you choose.
Apple. All purchases run through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. We never see your card details.
Adapty. We use Adapty to manage subscription entitlements and paywalls. Adapty receives an anonymous device identifier and your purchase and subscription events. See the Adapty Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising SDKs, ad networks, or general-purpose behavioral-analytics trackers in this app. We do not sell personal information.
Your created content stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers, because we do not operate a server for it. Subscription and entitlement records held by Apple and Adapty may be processed in Türkiye, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where those companies operate.
Content you create is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed and is removed automatically if you delete the app. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Apple and Adapty according to their own retention practices, and as needed by us to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
Deleting Bible for Men does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple account settings.
Content you create is protected by the same security measures Apple provides for on-device app data. No storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your own device.
To exercise a privacy right, email hello@horusstudios.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Bible for Men is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, our providers, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice inside the app when required.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler, operating as Horus Studios ("Horus," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your use of Bible for Men (the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Bible for Men, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except to the extent these Terms provide valid additional terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bible for Men on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Bible for Men is a devotional and self-reflection tool, not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or crisis care. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or need immediate help, contact your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Every feature in this app, including The Hour, is offered for spiritual encouragement only and carries no clinical guarantee.
Scripture in the app is the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. Devotional writing, plans, and guided content are original to Bible for Men and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to train other software without our written permission.
Notes, highlights, streak data, and anything else you write inside the app belongs to you. It is stored only on your device — we do not host it and claim no ownership over it. If you use the Share feature, you are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.

Bible for Men offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The paywall shown before purchase states the applicable product, duration, price, and any trial terms. Apple processes payment through your Apple Account.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. We may change future prices or plan benefits with notice required by Apple or applicable law. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible for Men is provided "as is" and "as available." Horus disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horus and its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Horus through Bible for Men during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 50.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
You may stop using Bible for Men at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits — survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the laws of your habitual residence. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact hello@horusstudios.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, our providers, or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Service.
